This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid services on Free AI For That. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (merchant of record). Refunds, when approved, are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method where possible.
1. Digital delivery
Listing submissions and sponsored placements are digital services delivered instantly or on a defined schedule (e.g. weekly ad flights). By completing checkout, you acknowledge that delivery begins promptly and that statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once service has begun, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
2. Listing fee ($9 USD)
- Before review starts: If you cancel in writing within 24 hours of payment and we have not begun automated or manual verification, you may request a full refund.
- After review starts: The listing fee covers verification labour and is generally non-refundable once we begin processing.
- Rejection for inaccurate info: If your submission materially misrepresented free-plan eligibility and verification fails for that reason, we may reject the listing without refund.
- Our error: If we charged you in error or failed to deliver the listing service due to our fault, we will refund or re-perform the service.
3. Sponsored placements
- Auction bids: Only winning bids are charged. If an auction is cancelled before close due to our error, no charge applies.
- Active week: Once a sponsored week has started, fees for that week are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Removal for policy violation: If we remove your ad for violating Advertiser Terms, no refund is owed for the removed period.
- Technical failure: If we fail to display a paid placement for a material portion of the booked period due to our systems, we may credit or refund a pro-rata amount at our discretion.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@freeaiforthat.com with your order reference, payment email, and reason. We respond within 5–7 business days. Chargebacks should be a last resort after contacting us.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Indian consumer law, EU consumer directives, or other applicable regulations. See also Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
