These Advertiser & Listing Terms (“Advertiser Terms”) supplement our Terms of Use and apply to tool listings, paid submissions, and sponsored placements on Free AI For That, operated by Sprout Design Private Limited.
1. Pricing (clear & current)
- Verified listing submission: $9 USD one-time fee when checkout is enabled (see Submit).
- Headline banner: floor $79/week, minimum bid increment $10 — second-price weekly auction.
- Category top slot: floor $19/week, minimum raise $5.
- Free credits deal card: fixed $29/week.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Taxes may be collected by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.
2. Checkout & merchant of record
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for listing fees and sponsored purchases. Dodo Payments handles payment collection, invoicing, and applicable tax. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Listing submissions
- You represent that you have authority to list the tool and that information provided is accurate.
- We verify that a free plan, trial, or credits offer exists on your pricing page before approval. Failed verification may result in rejection without refund where the failure is due to inaccurate submission.
- Listings must not promote prohibited products or services (see Section 7).
4. Sponsored placements & auctions
- All paid placements are clearly labelled Sponsored and never affect organic rank.
- Auctions run weekly; winning bids are charged at second-price rules described on Advertise. Non-winning bids are not charged.
- Creative must be truthful, not misleading, and comply with applicable advertising law.
- We may require changes to creative or targeting to protect users or brand safety.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, or revenue from any listing or sponsored placement. Directory traffic and user behavior vary.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Digital services are delivered promptly after payment. Refund eligibility is limited and described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Generally, completed listing reviews and active sponsored weeks are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors.
7. Prohibited products & content
You may not list or advertise:
- Illegal products or services in applicable jurisdictions.
- Malware, spyware, or tools primarily designed for unauthorized access.
- Deceptive “free” offers that require hidden payment to obtain advertised functionality.
- Adult content, gambling where prohibited, or weapons without lawful compliance.
- Hate, harassment, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
8. Our right to reject or remove
We may reject submissions, pause auctions, remove listings, or terminate campaigns at any time for policy violations, user safety, legal requests, or quality reasons, with or without refund depending on circumstances and our Refund Policy.
9. Affiliate & disclosure
Some outbound links may use affiliate parameters where disclosed on our Disclaimer. Sponsored placements are always labelled separately from editorial content.
