1. The Service

Free AI For That is an editorial directory of AI tools with free offers. We publish information, rankings, user votes, and labelled sponsored placements. We do not provide the third-party tools listed and are not responsible for their products, pricing, or policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts & conduct

• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not submit false votes, ratings, or listings.
• Do not circumvent sponsored labelling or ranking systems.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Listings & submissions

Tool submissions are subject to our verification process and the $9 USD listing fee when checkout is enabled (see Submit and Refunds). Submitting a tool grants us a non-exclusive licence to display name, logo, description, and links on the Service and in exports (e.g. JSON directory, llms.txt).

5. Advertising

Sponsored placements are governed by our Advertiser & Listing Terms and Advertise page pricing. Sponsored content is always labelled and does not alter organic ranking.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. See our Takedown & Grievance Policy for copyright complaints.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. See our Disclaimer for important limitations about listings, free offers, and affiliate relationships.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or any listed tool. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable. EU/UK users may also use local dispute resolution mechanisms where required by law.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
