Kinds of free
What free means here
“Free” gets stretched a lot. We never write it on its own: every tool shows which kind of free it is, how much you get, and when we last checked.

What we don't list
- Trials or credits that last less than 30 days.
- “Free” plans that can't finish the job, such as making something but not letting you download it.
- “Contact sales” plans.
We check that a free option exists and record the date. Signing up is between you and the tool: read their privacy policy and terms before you share data or payment details. How we order tools is on How we rank.
